News Flash - 75% price reduction to a truly unbelievable $730,000 - Update (10-22-13): The $730K price point was rejected by the bank, and for good reasons - they countered with $750K and have stuck to it since the 1st of the year - we have all bank approvals in hand - the right cash buyer has an incredible opportunity to close quickly. 

From our original listing of *$2,895,000 the drop to $730,000 represents a $2,165,000 reduction in price = to -75%.  

  • The house to our left is a year older - the lot is not as good and it's still listed @ $1.4mm BTW, we think it's worth every penny and then some...
  • The house to our right is newer, but it's not a golf course lot and it recently sold for $1,125,000 - this was a steal considering it's original sale price of over $3mm
I mention these 2 facts because they speak to comps & location - our property is definitely the prime location and the homes on either side of us are reasonable comps - all of this points to $730K being a truly unbelievable price for our stellar property - indeed we will never understand why we  had to sell the dream home that cost us $1.8mm to build for $1,070,000 less than it cost us to build.  Some smart person is about to make the deal of a lifetime on this Awesome, unique home.
